The petitioner has filed this writ petition with prayer for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus and/ or any other appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions for commanding the respondent authorities to prepare the award for payment on the basis of market value of the land w.e.f. 01.01.2014 in the light of Section 24(1)(a) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 as the land of petitioner acquired by the State Government for construction of Ganga Rail Bridge vide L.A.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10314 of 2019(3) dt.21-03-2025 2/2 Case No. 20/2001-02 and the notice under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act issued to the petitioner in year 2001-02 and further direction for payment of compensation to the petitioner and preparation of award in the light of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and / or any other /others, relief/ reliefs admissible under the law in the light of factual profile of this case along with suitable interest and the compensation for the serious laches on the part of the respondent authorities.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate authority/ Court for redressal of his grievance.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as prayed.
