The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with S.T. No.293 of 2018, arising out of Sadar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 424 of 2017.

The report of the trial Judge dated 24.12.2020 reveals that the trial is at the verge of conclusion. Hence, I am not inclined to review the order of refusal of prayer for bail passed against the petitioner on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31955 of 2020(3) dt.24-02-2021 2/2 30.04.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.9828 of 2019. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is refused.
