2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.91 of 2025 under Section 64 of the BNS, 2023 pending before the court of SDJM, Sikarahana at Dhaka, East Champaran.

3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against the petitioner with allegation that he had raped the victim in the state of intoxication.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner and informant are well-known to each other and they are basically Youtuber and on payment issue, there was

5. Learned Counsel also submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean and ready to fulfill all the conditions whatsoever shall be imposed upon him.

6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is direct allegation of commission of rape of the victim. The Trial Court at the time of consideration of bail, has perused her statement under Sections 180 and 183 of the BNSS in which the victim has fully supported the version made in the FIR.

7. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, therefore the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Prakashmani/- U T
