2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 323, 341, 147, 504, 506, 354B, 315 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, when the husband and mother-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32450 of 2026(2) dt.13-05-2026 2/3 in-law of the complainant went to their land, the accused persons including petitioners abused and assaulted them due to old land dispute. Upon hearing the uproar, the complainant went there to save them, but the accused persons misbehaved with her and assaulted on her abdomen due to which her four months foetus destroyed.
4. Learned counsels for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners and informant are agnates. The complaint was filed after a delay of 13 days without any plausible explanation. The medical issue was exploited only to settle the land dispute with the petitioners. It is further submitted that both parties have compromised the case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedents and they undertake to cooperate in the investigation and the trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of learned counsel for the parties and the facts that there is a land dispute between both sides and both sides have compromised the case, and clean antecedent of the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within

No.32450 of 2026(2) dt.13-05-2026 3/3 six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah at Paschim Champaran in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 293 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) Harish/- U T
