The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barbigha (Mission O.P.) Police Statiion Case No. 296 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147,148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that allegation of assault is against the son of this petitioner not against this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
