The petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 341, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
It is alleged against the petitioner that he demanded extortion and on refusal to give the same the informant was caused injury with dagger on the stomach and ear.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the petty dispute, accusation has been levelled, opinion with regard to injury has been reserved. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner

Considering the period under custody and the statement made in the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Madhubani, in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 56 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 1028 of 2014.
