The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No.148 of 2017 registered under Sections 307, 325, 323, 341 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms.

Considering the specific allegation made against the petitioner that he opened fired causing injury to the informant in his abdomen, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md. S/- U T
