The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that mobile worth Rs. 9,20,000/- was stolen from Anikta Telecom shop of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent, bears no criminal antecedent, not named in the F.I.R and has been falsely implicated. He submits that chargesheet has already been submitted and the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 12.02.2019. He further submits that the other co-accused with similar allegation has already been granted the privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30814 of 2019(3) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 37071 of 2019 on 24.06.2019. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Imamganj Police Station Case No. 17 of 2019.
