JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in Goraul (Kathara OP) P.S. Case No. 132 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 341, 323, 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 07.12.2020. Vide order dated 17.11.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'R'), which reveals that charge has already been framed and case is running for evidence. Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, as petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2020
