JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-11-2023 This application has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondents to remove the encroachment done by the Respondent no. 6 and 7 over the land situated under Thana No. 56, Khata No. 219 Kheshera No. 907 appertaining to its area 3 decimals and in this regard encroachment case no. 19/2021-22 is pending before the Circle Officer, Shivsagar, Rohtas at Sasaram (respondent no. 5).

2. In view of the prayer made in this application, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7989 of 2023(2) dt.22-11-2023 2/2 Circle Officer, Shivsagar, Rohtas at Sasaram (respondent no. 5) is directed to dispose of the Encroachment Case No. 19/2021-22 in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned parties preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
