Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of assault by means of sword and farsa against the these petitioners and the injured appears to have sustained altogether nine injuries, I am not inclined to extend privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and, accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Bahera P.S.Case No. 230 of 2018, pending in the court of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur Darbhanga stands rejected.
