Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order 06.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7150 of 2020.

By order dated 03.01.2022 a report about the stage of trial has been called for from the court below which reveals that case is running for prosecution evidence. No fresh ground is shown to reconsider the prayer for bail of this petitioner. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
