2. The factual background of this case is that the boundary wall surrounding the house of the Petitioner has been demolished by some local people in connivance with the local mukhiya and despite representation to the various authorities, nothing has been done to address the problem faced by the Petitioner and he is also being threatened by the local people.

3. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Petitioner has remedy to file criminal case for criminal trespassing on his land and for causing damage to his property and also for the threats being extended to him.

4. On the civil side, the Petitioner has also remedy to move Civil Court for getting declaration of title and injunction against the persons who are interfering in the peaceful possession of the Petitioner.

5. At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate legal steps before the appropriate forum.

6. The present petition stands withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner as sought for.
