JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the prosecution case, the daughter of the informant was killed in her marital house within five years of her marriage. There is also allegation of demand of dowry and subjecting the complainant to cruelty for non-fulfilment of demand.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners being mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased respectively have falsely been implicated in the case. Be that as it may, regard being had to the gravity of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40164 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2 / 2 the offence and the serious nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for bail is rejected.
