The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the motorcycle of co-accused Raju Kumar, 15 litres of liquor was recovered. In the confessional statement of Raju Kumar, name of the petitioner surfaced. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two
