====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2020 Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, the matter is being taken up by way of virtual Court proceeding.

The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.08.2017, passed in C.W.J.C.

Patna High Court MJC No.1810 of 2019(3) dt.06-07-2020 2/2 No. 22879 of 2012 by which the writ petition was disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 28.06.2012 passed in Case No. 560 (14)/2012 by the Member, District Teachers' Employment Appellate Authority, Jehanabad, within a period of thirty days from the date of order i.e., 09.08.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some unavoidable reasons, he could not prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority. Hence, he prays for further thirty days time to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority.

Considering the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the petitioner is granted further thirty days time to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority from today.

The order dated 09.08.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22879 of 2012 stands modified to the extent as indicated above. The present modification application stands disposed of.
