JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner no. 1 is husband whereas petitioner no. 2 is elder brother-in-law of the informant. The marriage of informant was solemnized with the petitioner no.1 in the year 2001 but the present case was lodged in the year 2015 that is after 14 years of solemnization of marriage.

Considering the aforesaid facts as well as submissions of the parties, let petitioners in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial
