1. Heard the parties

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ara Nawada P. S. Case No. 86 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 140(3), 103(1), 238 and 61(2) of the BNS.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case and the name of the petitioner surfaced during investigation only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused namely Badal Kumar and no overt act has been alleged against the petitioner and no substantive material has been collected during investigation connecting the petitioner with the alleged occurrence and petitioner is a student

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32030 of 2026(2) dt.12-05-2026 2/2 of Class-X and has bright academic future. It is further submitted that the call details only suggest that there is relationship between other co-accused persons and the petitioner because talks on marriage was going on with Aman Kumar and the petitioner who has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 19.03.2026.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the statements made in the petition as well as above submissions, coupled with petitioner's young age who is a girl and also taking into consideration her educational future, this court is inclined to grant the relief of bail to the petitioner, accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Ara Nawada P. S. Case No. 86 of 2026 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
