In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 58 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 366(A) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made against the petitioner and his family members connived with his son who forcibly had taken away the minor daughter of informant.
Wife and son of the petitioner have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 22627 of 2014.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38993 of 2014 (3) dt.14-01-2015 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 58 of 2014.
