Patna High Court CWJC No.11582 of 2015 dt.19-08-2020 2/3 Petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "(i) That an appropriate writ may be issued quashing the notification no. 1646 dated 28.08.2014, as contained in Annexure-4, issued under the signature of the Secretary alleged to have been issued on the order of the Hon'ble Governor.

(ii) that, an appropriate writ may be issued commanding upon the respondents to continue the resolution no. 1757 dated 04.08.2011 , by which the State Government decided to adopt Service Condition Rules of Education Department in the Schedule casts/Schedule Tribe Welfare Department also, which was issued in the name of the Governor.

(iii) Any other relief/reliefs for the petitioner is found entitled to.

During pendency of writ petition notification vide memo no. 1833 dated 10.07.2019 has been issued by the S.C. and S.T Welfare Department Government of Bihar by which Rules have been amended of the Bihar Government Ambedkar Residential Schools Teacher (Appointment and Service Conditions) Rules 2014 by which substantial grievances of the petitioner has been redressed.
