ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 94 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 448 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case and the petitioner has also registered F.I.R. bearing Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 93 of 2013. It is also submitted that the informant has not been medically examined by the doctor as has been alleged in the F.I.R. and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned submissions, let the

No.37245 of 2014 (2) dt.08-04-2015 2 / 2 petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 94 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr. P.C.
