1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in Madhubani Town P. S. Case No.196 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 427, 436, 504, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., the Court is not persuaded to entertain the anticipatory bail application as there is allegation against the petitioner and one Md. Shamim of setting the shop of the informant on fire, as such, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the
