Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that the mobile through which the extortion money was demanded, stood in the name of the petitioner. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal history but he is in jail custody since 31.05.2014 and the investigation has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
