2. This writ application has been filed for the following relief/s:- "i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for direction upon the respondents to pay due arrears of the ACP/MACP to the petitioner which is due for payment as admitted by the respondent-University worth Rs. 6,52,187/- is still due for arrear of salary for payment to the petitioner.
ii) For further issue direction to the respondents to pay
Patna High Court CWJC No.8416 of 2024(2) dt.27-11-2024 2/3 Rs. 6,52,187/- along with interest 8 % per annum till full and final payment to the petitioner.
iii) For further give other legal consequential benefit attached to the post."

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievances by filing fresh representation before the Registrar, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Laloo Nagar, Madhepura (Respondent No. 5) and the Principal, D. S. College, Katihar (Respondent No. 6) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim.
4. In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Registrar, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Laloo Nagar, Madhepura (Respondent No.
5) and the Principal, D. S. College, Katihar (Respondent No. 6) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim within a period of four weeks from today.
5. In the event the petitioner files his representation within the stipulated period, the Registrar, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Laloo Nagar, Madhepura (Respondent No.
5) and the Principal, D. S. College, Katihar (Respondent No. 6)
Patna High Court CWJC No.8416 of 2024(2) dt.27-11-2024 3/3 shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
