2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for quashing the settlement water logging area by advertisement no 01/2017-18 as well as entire proceeding relating to settlement Jalkar namely Fulawaria water Logging area from Rajouli Bakhtiyarpur Road to 2 KM long;

(ii) for issuance of direction order or orders

Patna High Court CWJC No.12829 of 2017(4) dt.07-07-2025 2/2 in the nature of Mandamus commanding respondents to settle Jalakar with the local fisher man co-operative society;

(iii) for any relief relieves as fit and proper.

3. Mr. Shailendra Kr. Singh submits that the advertisement no.01/17-18 was challenged which with the passage of time, has now become infructuous.

4. Be that as it may, since no one is there to contest the matter on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
