2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 20b(ii)(c) and 27(A) of N.D.P.S. Act.

3 . As per F.I.R., 175 Kg of Ganja was recovered from the possession of accused Raju Kumar and this petitioner namely, Neha Kumari while they were traveling in Swift Car, bearing registration No. JH09AX-7019.

4. Considering the quantity of recovery, conduct of petitioner and other circumstances of case, the prayer for regular bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2025 , learned Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, within the period of one year
