Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.

The petitioner, being aggrieved by letter no. 595 dated 18.03.2016, issued by Block Development Officer, Yogapatti, West Champaran, by which, the services of the petitioner has been terminated, directly approached this Court, without approaching the District Appellate Authority. 3.

In view of the nature of dispute, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the District Appellate Authority, West Champaran at Bettiah, by filing an appeal, against the order dated 18.03.2016, passed by Block Development Officer, Yogapatti, West Champaran.

It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, along with a petition for condonation of delay, the District Teachers Appellate Authority, West Champaran at Bettiah shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the person(s) concerned.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ application is disposed.
