1. The present petition has been filed for quashing the cognizance order dated 05.04.2012 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Patna City in Complaint Case No. 934(C) of 2011 by which cognizance was taken against the petitioner for the offence under Section 498A of the I.P.C.

2. As per report of the learned Trial Court, vide letter no. 62 dated 21.05.2026, the case is fixed for judgment.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that judgment has already been delivered by the learned Trial Court and now this petition has become infructuous and the same may be disposed of.

4. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition stands disposed of as
