JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 The present writ petition has been filed by the husband of the deceased-employee who died while working as Sweeper at Patna City Circle in Ward no. 24, after she stood retired in the year 2004.

The husband of the deceased employee, who died on 16.09.2012, prays for grant of the balance amount of retiral dues such as Group Insurance, benefits of A.C.P. and arrears of Dearness Allowance.

Considering the nature of the prayer made herein, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondent no. 2 by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from

Patna High Court CWJC No.10484 of 2017(5) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 today and the respondent no. 2 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
