JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 The petitioners had filed an application before the Deputy Collector Land Reforms under Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009, which has been dismissed by order dated 08.09.2016 with an observation that in the background of the nature of dispute, the petitioners should approach civil Court of competent jurisdiction. This writ application has been filed more than three years thereafter. The petitioners did not question the correctness of the order by filing statutory appeal. I do not find legal infirmity in the order of the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, keeping in mind the nature of dispute touching title over the land in question.
