1. Heard the parties.

2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.02.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4077 of 2020 by which the petitioner has been directed to approach the Divisional Commissioner, Munger against the selection process for grant of license of P.D.S. shop within a period of thirty days from the date of order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to late communication to the petitioner by his counsel, the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.1559 of 2024(4) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 could not approach the authority concerned. He, accordingly, prays for further two weeks time to approach the Divisional Commissioner, Munger.

4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the time granted by this Court to approach the Divisional Commissioner, Munger by order dated 13.02.2024 passed in CWJC No. 4077 of 2020 is extended by a further period of fifteen days from today.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
