Petitioner has prayed for payment of G.P.F. amount for the workcharged establishment period from June 1984 to 05.08.1992 and payment of salary for fourteen months from June 1991 to 05.08.1992. Petitioner has retired from the post of Choukidar on 31.01.2016.

It is submitted on behalf of the State that the petitioner's dues will be paid after appropriate calculation.
