The petitioner apprehend their arrest in connection with Laxamipur P.S. Case No. 75/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the victim girl in her statement has specifically named one Sumit Kumar had taken her to Lucknow and has not stated anything against the present petitioners, they may be extended the privilege of anticipatory bail.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that there is no specific allegation against
