JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sanhaulla P.S. Case No.117 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 308 and 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the present application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the petitioner has already been apprehended.

In that view of the matter, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is dismissed as infructuous.
