JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-09-2019 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to avail the alternative statutory remedy of appeal before the appellate authority.

Learned counsel for the Bank has no objection to the same.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this Writ Application is being disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy of statutory appeal before the appellate authority in accordance with law.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11541 of 2019(2) dt.03-09-2019 2/2 If such appeal is preferred and a question of limitation arises for consideration, the same will be considered by the appellate authority keeping in mind the period spent by the petitioner before this court in the present proceeding.
