The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is a case of assault due to which the informant and other family members sustained injuries.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33795 of 2022(2) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both sides have sustained injuries, as alleged, in separate occurrence. Petitioners have clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 20 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
