2. Office note shows substitution petition for N.R.-1, who is said to have died on 26.09.2018, has not been filed till date. Though a Co-ordinate Bench, vide order dated 26.09.2022, directed the applicant for filing substitution petition for N.R.-1 within four weeks. Thereafter, the matter has come up on a number of occasion but no steps have been taken in this regard and the petitioner is unrepresented for last few dates.
