Mr. Gyan Prakash Ojha -GA-7 Mr. Gopal Krishna, AC to GA-7 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-07-2022 The petition has been filed challenging the communication dated 03.11.2017, whereby the Child Development Project Officer (Respondent No. 5) has directed shifting of the anganwadi center for the reason that the petitioner has not been discharging her obligations as Sewika, thereby leaving the beneficiaries deprived.
The order-sheet reveals that the matter has been adjourned on the last three occasions on 18.11.2019, 11.06.2020 and 12.06.2020.
Patna High Court CWJC No.1280 of 2018(6) dt.05-07-2022 2/2 Today again the petitioner's counsel has made a prayer for adjournment.
The repeated adjournments are clear manifestation of the fact that the petitioner is not interested in the instant proceedings.
Apart from that, this Court would observe that the nature of the impugned order dated 03.11.2017 is such that it would be open to the petitioner to agitate her grievance against the said order before the appropriate/higher authority. Writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observation and liberty.
