JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-05-2019 The petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 08.03.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14141 of 2019, in connection with Sakra P. S. Case No. 17 of 2019 with a direction to him to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order and furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has approached this Court through the present petition seeking extension of time for surrendering before the court below. For the reasons stated in the application for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29364 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 extension of time for surrendering before the court below, the prayer is allowed.

The order dated 08.03.2019 is modified to the extent that if the petitioner, above-named, surrenders before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IVth, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P. S. Case No. 17 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

With the aforesaid modification, the application stands allowed.
