2. On the last occasion i.e. on 27.06.2025 no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and it was made clear that on the next date of hearing if no one appears to press the writ application, the Court may consider dismissing the writ application for non-prosecution.

3. Despite the order passed on 27.06.2025, again

Patna High Court CWJC No.11765 of 2016(4) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 today no one had appeared to press the writ application. It is thus clear that the petitioner has lost interest to pursue the present case.

4. Under these circumstances, the case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
