The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 133 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a), 32 and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of seizure list, it is evident that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
