The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bagaha (Pathkhauli) P. S. Case No. 214 of 2016 registered under Section 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- 1st, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha (Pathkhauli) P.
