This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with G.R. No. 1645 of 2023 arising out of Pranpur (Roshna) P.S. Case No. 61 of 2023, registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 43 litres of foreign liquor from a Tempoo. The petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge -cum- Exclusive (Excise) Judge Court No.-2, Katihar in connection with G.R. No. 1645 of 2023 arising out of Pranpur (Roshna) P.S. Case No. 61 of 2023.
