The learned counsel for the petitioner further seeks liberty to approach the Railway authorities for grant of employment in accordance with the Scheme formulated for the land looser in question.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberties and in case the petitioner files appropriate appeal/representation, the same would be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
