Patna High Court CWJC No.13239 of 2021(2) dt.14-10-2022 2/3 respondents to remove the encroachment from the Public Land i.e.

Khata No. 638, Khesra No. 968 and 306, pertaining to area 1820 square feet. The said land in question is public land under section 6 of the Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, which has been encroached by the Respondent No. 7 to 10."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders

Patna High Court CWJC No.13239 of 2021(2) dt.14-10-2022 3/3 shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
