Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and he is languishing in jail custody since 24.12.2013 in a case registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the IPC.

No doubt, deceased died within seven years of her marriage and there is specific allegation of demand of dowry as well as torturing but in course of investigation, it came to light that husband of deceased had illicit relation with another woman which led dispute between husband and wife.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge III, Khagaria in Sessions trial no. 284/2014 arising out of Beldaur P.S. Case no. 153/2013.
