Petitioner seeks bail in Basantpur P.S. Case No.82 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273, 308/34 Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)/38 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that illicit liquor has been recovered from semi constructed house of co-accused Tun Tun Sah. From the seizure list, it is apparent that there is no recovery from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
