2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither petitioner is named in the F.I.R. nor the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has named this petitioner. Name of this petitioner transpired during course of investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that specific accusation of kidnapping is against co-accused Jitendra Das, who has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 10.04.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 12536 of 2024, on the ground that he (Jitendra Das) and the victim girl have solemnized marriage and they are living together, as husband and wife. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 20.12.2023.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S.
