The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 165 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467,, 468, 471 and 474 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68297 of 2019. Now the prayer for bail of this petitioner has been renewed on the ground of custody as the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 08.11.2019 i.e. more than one year and the likelihood

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31456 of 2020(2) dt.09-12-2020 2/2 of conclusion of trial is not expected in near future. Therefore, petitioner may be enlarged on bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned 5th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 165 of 2019.
