It has been mentioned by counsel for the Nagar Parishad that all admitted dues of petitioner has been paid and intimation has been communicated to the petitioner. He has served the copy of counter affidavit upon counsel for the petitioner also.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain dues towards Provident Fund is yet to be

In this view of the matter, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that he may file his representation under proper form before the appropriate authority for the purpose of calculation of his provident fund, if applicable on him.
